smilies - window size

Might it be possible to increase the vertical dimension of the Smilies pop-up window?
When I click on "View more smilies" I generally have to follow this with a window-resize to see the full complement of smilies in the little pane.
It is only a little pain, though.

I think the problem is that we have a number of oversized smileys; they problably mess up the calculation of the required window height.

Unfortunately, the code behind the smiley popup window is not easily editable, so I doubt we can change it.

Not even to multiply the default height by, say, 1.25 and see what we feel about it?

And, as mentioned higher up in this thread, the code is not easily editable.
