Can anyone tell me how to post a link to a Photobucket video so that it can be viewed here?

You cannot have a video (YouTube, PhotoBucket or otherwise) play within a post. You can copy the URL of a video from the address bar of the video page, and insert it into a post. If you want the URL itself to be displayed, simply paste it into a post:
http://media.photobucket.com/user/gmoss ... 6.mp4.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The Lounge software will automatically turn it into a clickable link.
If you want to display a descriptive text, use something like the following
[url=http://media.photobucket.com/user/gmoss ... 6.mp4.html]Motorbike crosses stream[/url]
This results in
Motorbike crosses stream
http://media.photobucket.com/user/gmoss ... 6.mp4.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
